Sessions
In a comfortable and nurturing environment, we first talk about your concerns and what you would like to work on. A healing energy practitioner does not heal you or have an answer for all your problems, but in a session you are given the space to go within yourself to find your own inner wisdom. Healing energy is ALL KNOWING. It knows where to go and what to do – whether on a mental, emotional, physical or spiritual level.
Talking about the client’s issues before the energy work is beneficial, and usually helps them to access emotions and thought patterns that had been repressed in their cellular memory which are now ready to move to the surface consciousness. Often much clarity is gained in the opening discussion.
After our discussion, the client then lies on a massage table, remains fully clothed and is put into a deep relaxation state which releases accumulated daily stress. Each session is unique ~ a combination of the therapies below will be used depending on what comes through. I will channel a Light Language Healing Activation for you, may use the power of Crystals, Aromatherapy, Reiki Drumming, Tuning Forks, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowl, Shamanic Techniques, Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Ancestral Lineage Clearing, DNA activation, Quantum Jumping or Journeying ~ to enhance the healing.
This energy work cannot do you any harm and does not conflict with any other therapies including psychotherapy, all medical procedures, natural remedies or treatments. It is compatible with all beliefs and can enhance your spiritual experience. All are complimentary to other healing arts and can be used alone or in combination with other holistic or traditional approaches to accelerate your self-healing journey.

CRYSTAL THERAPY

LEMURIAN LIGHT ®HEALING ENERGY
Through deep relaxation with the aid of music, sound, aromatherapy, the power of crystals and hands-on energy work, the body is prepared for the orderly molecular healing. ONE ®

If that flow is hindered, sickness or dis-ease may develop. The goal of acupressure is to release blocked energy by stimulating specific points along the body’s 14 primary meridians. Pressing firmly and steadily on the proper acupoints can promote energy flow to a part of the body that is experiencing disease or discomfort enabling it to heal itself more readily. Studies also suggest that pressing on acupoints can release endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. This treatment helps relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation. It can also ease back pain, congestion and certain types of headaches including migraines. Most people find that treatments improve their overall vitality and well-being.
LONG DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS
How It Works
Long distance healing sessions are now given on ZOOM. A Client Form will be sent to you. We will then agree on a date and time. In the session, we will first talk about your concerns and intentions for healing. You will then go into a relaxed state so the healing is allowed to take place wherever needed – physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. The session may include a meditation, light language activations, sound healing or whatever is needed for your highest good. Do not be surprised if you have flashes of intuition, answers to your deepest questions or a feeling of total clarity and well-being after a session.
Please note that long distance healing sessions are just as powerful as in person. When the time of the session is confirmed, please make sure there are no noises or distractions.

Activating the 12 strand DNA
My most transformative step was Step 2, activating the 12 strand DNA. After this step, I had a very vivid dream that I have interpreted as my entire cellular memory being refreshed and renewed. A completely new blueprint had replaced the ‘damaged’ cells, and my being felt as if it was being regenerated. My traumas were being healed and filled with light within my body. What a gift!!!

Benefits of IET 7 Steps to Transformation
I feel there is great benefit to multi step practices as you begin to create new spaces in your heart and being that need nurturing and coming back to. With time, it becomes more natural to count on your angelic team, but first having guidance and reassurance is a wonderful thing. I enjoyed the content and the meditations. Light Language is very profound
Karen the Light Language Healing Activation was very Profound, it is almost a week since we met and I can still feel it's effect. Feeling Stronger
I loved the attunements and I'm noticing a lot of changes in my life, at home and at work. A lot of the changes are related to the COVID-19 because our lives have been turned upside down and I believe that the attunements are helping me deal with it. I feel that my energy is a lot stronger than before. I also feel that I'm stronger mentally. There are a lot of things happening that I don't think I would have been able to cope with before, but now I feel like stuff happens for a reason and whatever happens, I will deal with it. Two years ago I took it with a grain of salt and witnessed small subtle changes. Yes there were some months that were diffcult and very challenging but all that suppressed junk had to come out. I have taken Reiki, IET and other workshops with Karen and she brought to each class not only what was required but even more. She is very passionate and gives her all in the courses with additional information and insight which I haven’t experienced in courses that I took elsewhere. I’ve also received healing sessions and have noticed how much better I feel physically, emotionally and spiritually. I do see the transformation in me.
